As part of the worldwide Church of Seventh-day Adventist, Stratford SDA Church is based on a method of representation and governance.  This means that authority in the Church comes from the membership. Responsibilities are given to appointed officers to represent and govern the church and who agree to server on a voluntary basis.  Leadership roles in the church includes strategic planning, decision making, collaboration, delegation and accountability.
